Google Video makes it easier for users to upload clips - Mmmm!

Google plans to announce today changes to its Google Video service that will make it easier for people to submit video.

Now people who want to post their video clips can do so through a Web-based system without having to use special software. They also can view the clips instantly.

That's nice. I guess there's two ways to look at this. One is that Google is taking yet another step forwards in the democratisation of video on demand. The other is that we will now get even more home movie moron clips cluttering the already abused ether.
